Regular Shipping Conditions
DipSticks are each individually hand-dipped upon receiving an order and require time for order completion. Please allow 7-10 days for your items to be shipped.
Holiday Shipping
Due to high demand during Holidays, we cannot guarantee delivery date.
Please order in advance to assure arrival.
We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii during the Holiday Season.
Warm Weather Shipping
DipSticks Gourmet Pretzels are highly sensitive to warmer weather. Please place your order with regard to temperature and humidity in your shipping area.
Upon receiving your pretzels, please store them in a climate that does not exceed 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
Please make note that during temperatures exceeding 65 degrees Fahrenheit, DipSticks will take necessary measures to ensure you receive the highest quality product, undamaged from the elements.
This means that it will be imperative to add cool packs and on occasion, ship overnight, which will add to your shipping total.
